Receipts, order confirmation, confirmation of attendance and any instructions regarding your course are emailed to you at the time of registration or posted out on request. Please read all documentation carefully to ensure the details are correct and diary the dates and times.
Minimum Course Numbers and Course Cancellations:
All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email, phone or text. Please check your email regularly.
Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date. If a course is cancelled, we’ll transfer you to the next one available or you’ll receive a full refund. If you are transferred and the new dates don’t suit, a full refund will be made but please let us know straight away.
You can change the registrant on an event to another person at any time prior to start date of course.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your enrolment more than 7 days before the course is due to commence, you’ll receive a 100% refund. During the week before the course starts, cancellations will qualify for a 80% refund only.
Transfers may be available to another course if application is made in advance but the normal cancellation policy will apply for subsequent withdrawals.
We regret that transfers cannot be made to courses in the following financial year (Financial year April – March). All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or registration number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment, or for account holders – to recognised account holder bank accounts.
No refunds or transfers will be made for cancellations received on the day the course is due to start or after it has begun.
How do we collect information?
WorksafeRep collects information by at least one of these two methods:
- When you register to attend one of the WorksafeRep training courses and complete the registration process.
- By batch upload of information via spreadsheet supplied by employer.
Why do you collect that information?
Information is collected to process your registration correctly.
Required information includes DOB, Full name, Contact details, Address, Employer details, National Student Number (if known)
Other information may be requested for statistical purposes. This is to enable reporting to MBIE in regards to Ethnicity, Gender, Union membership etc…
How can I access my information?

On successful completion of the unit standard you will be sent a letter of completion containing your National Student Number. You can then check your record of learning here NZQA.
What will WorksafeReps do with my information?
Your information will not be made available to any organisation outside WorksafeReps , iQualify and OPNZ. Information supplied to MBIE is not identifiable and is used for statistical purposes only.
What do you do with my payment information?
All online payments made through the WorksafeReps website are processed using the DPS online payment gateway. DPS is a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. Neither WorksafeReps nor ARLO (the online software CRM platform used for WorksafeReps website) hold any of your credit card information. WorksafeReps only holds a record of the amount of any payments made for registrations when you make them.
